Changing the Conversation: Josh Fox talks Gasland II
Josh Fox’s Gasland II premieres tonight on HBO. The much anticipated anti-fracking documentary continues to highlight the toll hydraulic fracturing takes on the environment. While Gasland I may have started the conversation about fracking, the sequel is all about the natural gas industry’s effort to shut that conversation down.
“I’m as happy as anybody to watch Barack Obama address climate change,” Fox said in reference to the president’s latest speech on the environment “However, he’s got the entirely wrong plan.” Fox sits down with Laura Flanders to discusses the gas industry’s influence on policy, along with inner-city fracking efforts, the backlash on lobbyists and much more in the full interview at GRITtv.
